Weather or time is flickering in the track creator

This happens when LB Racing and a weather sync resource both continuously change the weather or time while the track creator is open.

Configure your weather resource to pause while the track creator is active and resume when it closes. See the weather sync integration guide.

If you do not want LB Racing to override the creator weather, disable it instead:

Config.Creator.Weather.Freeze = false
